Strength & Conditioning Coach (Youth & Adult Training) Location: East and West Chesapeake Locations. About D1 Training D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up. Our mission is simple: You pick the goal, we help you get there. We combine expert coaching, proven training systems, and a high-energy environment to help every athlete improve performance, build confidence, and reach their goals. Position Overview As a D1 Coach, you’ll lead group workouts, provide individualized guidance, and create an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and motivated. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about strength & conditioning, athlete development, and performance coaching.
