Family Law Attorney

Job Details Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year Benefits 401K Medical (Paid for) Dental Vision PTO Low Billable Hour Requirement Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of family law issues, including child custody, child support, separation, and divorce. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Develop case strategies based on the law and the unique circumstances of each case. Advocate for the rights and interests of clients at all times. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. Stay updated on developments in family law and participate in continuing legal education. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure a high level of client service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law. Admission to the state bar. Proven experience in litigation and mediation. Strong knowledge of family law, including child custody, child support, separation, and divorce. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Strong commitment to ethics and client confidentiality. Passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex legal issues.
