Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Deliver care across scheduled day shifts, including availability for shifts ending at 6:00 PM on designated days
• Complete required orientation modules and annual compliance training as assigned
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Physical Therapist license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Demonstrated orthopedic and neurological therapy skills
• Proof of flu vaccination required (exemption requests must be submitted within 48 hours of contract signing)
• Professional references required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with compliance modules and self-reporting processes
