Travel: OR Endovascular Tech - Days (4x10)

Contract | Travel | Days, 4x10 (0630–1700) | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation across outpatient to critical care settings, including trauma cases
• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for the provision of that care
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate care in conjunction with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information at all times
• Float as required to the cardiac cath lab to support vascular cases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Endovascular Tech experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and strong human relations and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull for the majority of the shift; must be able to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. and pinch up to 15 lbs.
• Flu vaccination (or approved exemption) required for assignments running November 1 through April 1

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ARRT or RCIS licensure preferred
• Surgical scrub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Siemens and/or GE equipment and EPIC EMR
