Ultrasound Technologist - High Risk OB

Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Ultrasound Technologist specializing in high-risk obstetrics. The ideal candidate will possess experience in performing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester scanning, including viability assessments, growth evaluations, biophysical profiles, Doppler studies, detailed anatomical surveys, and amniocentesis. The role requires adeptness in utilizing various ultrasound equipment and charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive ultrasound examinations to assess fetal health and development.
• Conduct Doppler evaluations and biophysical assessments as part of patient care.
• Document findings accurately in the electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an obstetrics ultrasound setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARDMS certification in OB/GYN.
• Experience with various ultrasound machines, including GE, Philips, Siemens, and SonoSite.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift schedule of five 8-hour shifts from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM.

Location

This position is located in Pennsylvania.
