Tool & Die Maker Location: Spartanburg, SC
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift
Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM HTI is hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. This position plays a key role in supporting production by maintaining and repairing tooling used in stamping operations. Position Overview The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for ensuring tooling is production-ready, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient stamping operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting ability and hands-on experience with dies and presses. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot stamping dies
- Perform die adjustments and modifications
- Support production by ensuring tooling readiness
- Work closely with press operators and production teams
- Perform welding as needed to repair tooling
- Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker
- Background in stamping or automotive manufacturing preferred
- Experience working with stamping presses
- Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues independently
- Welding experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- High school diploma required; technical training preferred
- Competitive pay $37+ per hour based on experience
- $0.30/hour shift differential
- Overtime available
