Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift
Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM

HTI is hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. This position plays a key role in supporting production by maintaining and repairing tooling used in stamping operations.

Position Overview

The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for ensuring tooling is production-ready, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient stamping operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting ability and hands-on experience with dies and presses.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot stamping dies
• Perform die adjustments and modifications
• Support production by ensuring tooling readiness
• Work closely with press operators and production teams
• Perform welding as needed to repair tooling

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker
• Background in stamping or automotive manufacturing preferred
• Experience working with stamping presses
• Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues independently
• Welding experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma required; technical training preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay $37+ per hour based on experience
