Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow through with leads to sustain interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission for your efforts in setting meetings, facilitating interviews, and successful hires derived from your outreach

Compensation Structure
