Internal Medicine Physician

4-Day Workweek - North Georgia Primary Care Physician Job - $230K-$240K + Bonus

• Seeking a board certified or board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician

• Seeking a mission-oriented physician committed to providing compassionate, accessible care to underserved communities

• Collaborative, team-based environment with physicians, behavioral health providers, advanced practitioners, and clinical support staff

• Provide comprehensive primary care within your specialty, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management

• Family medicine patient volume: Approximately 18-20 patients per day

• Four-day clinical workweek

• Nine hours of direct patient care per clinical day, plus four hours of charting time weekly that may be completed in the office or remotely

• Office closes for one hour at lunch

• No scheduled evening or weekend clinic hours; major holidays off

• Shared phone-only call , approximately one week every five to six weeks

• Supervise 1-3 APRNs

• Strong administrative and clinical support

• Active Georgia medical license required

• Current DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification required

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited residency in the appropriate specialty required

• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred, not required

• Must satisfy credentialing requirements and complete a satisfactory background check and drug screening

• Base salary: $230,000-$240,000 annually

• Production incentive bonus available
