2nd shift Distribution Office Clerk

Warehouse Shipping Clerk / Office Support

PrideStaff is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Shipping Clerk / Office Support for a client located in Romeoville, IL. This will be a HYBRID role between office support and warehouse/floor operations.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE position with a leading global provider of climate control solutions. MUST have Forklift experience*

3pm-11:30pm M-F ( + OT as needed) Pay: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Pulling, packing, and sealing orders securely for shipping
Documentation: Preparing and verifying invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (BOL)
Inventory Tracking: Recording shipment data, such as weight, charges, and inventory levels, into computer systems
Logistics Coordination: Scheduling carriers, loading trucks, and tracking outgoing shipments
Quality Control: Inspecting items for damages or discrepancies against purchase orders

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 13 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar roles
Technology Skills: Proficient with WMS software, SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel), and shipping systems like UPS WorldShip
Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform packing tasks
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in labeling, counting, and data entry
Communication: Ability to work with team members, drivers, and customers
Previous forklift experience required
