Your New Role Pay Range: $21.73 - $24.37 / hour; based on experience. Desired Shifts: Opening 3am-11am, Mid Shift from 11am-3pm, and Closing 4pm-12am, with weekend availability! Responsibilities: As a Chuze Fitness Lead II, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your team by ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment. You will lead by example, setting the standard for kindness and en-chuzey-asm in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience. Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members Maintain front desk operations by assisting with memberships and executing retail sales, member check-ins, phone inquiries, and serving smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends) Escalate elevated member concerns and emergent facilities issues, maintaining an understanding of the best practices and partnering with leadership on solutions Coach and support fellow Chuzers on operational best practices, policies, and training standards Help keep the club running smoothly by supporting daily operations, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards, assisting with Kids Club as needed, fostering collaboration, and establishing clear communication across teams Your Perks: Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership 401k Accrued time off and paid floating holidays* Medical, Dental, Vision, and other supplemental insurance (with large employer contribution)* Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions* Flexible Spending Account (FSA)* Discounts on all Chuze retail and Chuze Blends purchases Chuzer Referral Incentive Program Free First Aid/CPR and food handler certifications Engaging and dynamic work environment with growth opportunities *Available to Full-time Chuzers only. Your Skills: Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service Previous experience running shifts or leading a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed Preferences: Bilingual Physical Abilities: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed Due to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check. #talroo Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
