Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Job Duties Receive, unload, label, palletize, and store inbound shipments Pick, pack, kit, and ship orders accurately using RF scanners and WMS technology Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and quality inspections Assist with rework projects and other warehouse assignments as directed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities Must wear steel-toed shoes Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
