In this unarmed patrol role, you will support a welcoming environment through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to daily security-related responsibilities.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including lobbies, hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and common areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, disturbances, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal supervisors, hotel personnel, and/or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
