This role is ideal for a leader who excels in mentorship, team development, strategic planning, and building strong client relationships while connecting daily project work to broader team and organizational goals. Ability to connect with all levels of an organization and foster a transparent, collaborative environment.At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel, with a demonstrated ability to lead through others and support teams across varying experience levels.8+ years of structural engineering experience, including industrial facility projects.Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or a related field is preferred.
