Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner Or Physician AssistantOur firm is seeking a dynamic and community-oriented Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a supportive, provider-centric Sports Medicine clinic in rural Eastern Oregon. If you are looking for a role that offers true schedule flexibility and a high quality of life in a beautiful outdoor setting, this is the ideal team for you.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive orthopedic physical exams and patient assessmentsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuriesPerform clinical procedures including joint injections, aspirations, and splinting/castingOrder and interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays and MRIsDevelop and manage non-surgical treatment plans and post-operative recovery protocolsCollaborate with orthopedic surgeons and allied health staff for coordinated patient careProvide patient education regarding injury prevention and rehabilitationMaintain accurate and timely EMR documentationQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (required)Current NP or PA licensure (required)1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA (required)Board certification or board eligibility (required)Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community settingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($140,000-$142,500)Quality incentives up to $12.5K$20K commencement bonus$8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME timeStudent loan repaymentFull benefits package including 401K with employer matchPaid malpractice / professional liability coverageRelocation supportNo after-hours call requirementsPTO
