I had the privilege of working alongside my father, Mike Markman, at his long-established agency in Park Ridge. It was there that I developed a passion for helping people in their moments of need, building trust with clients that continues to drive how I lead my agencies today. Across my two offices, we have a team of 10, collectively bringing well over 100 years of State Farm experience. Role Description: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Todd Markman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
