What you bring:

• Current, active Michigan Educator Certification (required)
• Minimum three years of experience teaching virtually (strongly preferred)
• Strong technology skills and ability to complete a tech screening
• Commitment to completing a background check and maintaining professional liability insurance
• Passion for working with diverse learners in a virtual setting

Your role will involve:

• Delivering 1:1 instruction to K-12 students through virtual platforms
• Supporting students who are currently suspended and unable to attend in-person classes
• Collaborating with school teams to create and implement individualized educational strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communication
• Adhering to all confidentiality and ethical requirements
