You will assist in defining value propositions, supporting intake and prioritization processes, coordinating enablement resources, and tracking post-launch performance. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow their product marketing and partner management skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.Job responsibilitiesSupport ongoing understanding of line of business priorities, success metrics, and performance gaps to help identify opportunities for digital capability alignmentAssist in serving as a point of contact for line of business stakeholders, helping represent their needs within Digital Channels and contributing to key communicationsContribute to go-to-market alignment for digital initiatives by helping translate strategy into partner-facing materials and incorporating line of business feedbackHelp track and report on goals and key results (OKRs), providing regular visibility into progress and outcomes for stakeholdersSupport strategic planning efforts by gathering competitive insights, coordinating analytics partnerships, and contributing to innovation forumsAssist in managing stakeholder communications on behalf of Digital Channels, helping build trust and consistently articulating the Digital Channels value storyHelp maintain a prioritized line of business backlog by documenting current and future work and supporting roadmap integration across teamsParticipate in intake and requirements processes with Performance Marketing by documenting use cases, clarifying requirements, and ensuring submissions are complete and accurateDevelop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks and coordinate product demos to support capability rollout and partner readinessMonitor post-launch adoption and performance metrics, contributing to reporting on business impact in partnership with program management as neededRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on product management concepts and 3+ years applied experienceDemonstrated ability to support execution within the product development lifecycle, including familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional workstreamsStrong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs simultaneouslyExperience contributing to operational effectiveness initiatives with a focus on reducing friction and improving measurable outcomesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear summaries, action plans, and stakeholder-ready materialsAbility to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build productive working relationships with diverse stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with experience supporting key performance indicator tracking, performance reporting, and data-informed storytellingExperience contributing to enablement resources such as playbooks, training materials, or product demos that support adoption and partner readinessPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExposure to digital marketing, performance marketing, or channel strategy within a financial services or technology organizationFamiliarity with product intake and prioritization frameworks, including backlog documentation and demand trackingExperience working with data and analytics teams to surface insights that inform stakeholder reporting and strategic recommendationsBackground in customer success, partner support, or go-to-market coordination with an ability to connect product capabilities to business valueInterest in competitive intelligence and innovation practices that inform product positioning and roadmap contributionsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
