Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist will support global product strategy execution, commercial initiatives, marketing asset development, and international event planning. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring brand consistency, and enabling effective product launches and marketing execution across global markets. Experience in marketing and product management support. Experience coordinating product launches and lifecycle management activities preferred. Experience working with cross-functional and global teams preferred. Experience in managing marketing assets and sales enablement materials preferred. Experience supporting events, congresses, or commercial programs preferred. Responsibilities include supporting execution of global product strategy and commercial initiatives. Coordinate product launches and lifecycle management activities. Prepare materials for business reviews, strategic planning, and commercial programs. Manage product documentation, samples, and field support requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to align global strategy with regional execution. Develop and support sales tools and product messaging to drive adoption. Coordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing and sales enablement assets. Manage internal approval processes ensuring compliance with Legal, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory requirements. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across global regions. Maintain and organize centralized marketing asset repositories. Support localization and adaptation of marketing materials for international markets. Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assets. Support planning and execution of international congresses and educational events. Coordinate event logistics including timelines, materials, shipping, and vendor management. Ensure booth readiness and strong brand execution at global events. Identify risks and ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives. Act as a central coordination point for global marketing operations and execution. Align cross-regional teams on messaging, materials, and timelines. Manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and attention to detail. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency. Support global marketing, education, and commercial initiatives as required. Should have a highly organized and detail-oriented mindset. Strong project management and communication skills. Ability to work across multiple functions and global regions. Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
