Requisition #: 646789 Location: Palmdale, CA, US 93550 Job Description We’re hiring full‑time Baristas to create specialty drinks, assist with food preparation, and handle orders and payments while providing unforgettable experiences for guests. Eligibility and availability may vary by location and by law. Job Responsibilities Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions. Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs. Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to brand standards. Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards. Count, organize, and balance the cash drawer, fill out the cashier slip, and make deposits. Adhere to cash‑handling policies and procedures. Set up and break down coffee bar stations, including cleaning and sanitizing. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Stock beverage coolers, grab‑and‑go items, service ware, and condiments. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred. Previous cash‑handling experience preferred. Previous experience as a barista preferred. Basic math and counting skills required. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Adherence to required dress code. English reading and communication skills and ability to follow recipes. Completion of a Food Handling Certification. Physical Demands May involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing.
