Located in northwest Hillsdale County, the City of Litchfield, population 1,399, seeks a new City Manager who will continue a tradition of effective leadership on the banks of the St. Joseph River. Litchfield is known for a tremendous spot to picnic along the river or stroll along the Litchfield Trail. The city is home to companies that you typically find in large urban communities.
