The work: 30-minute private personal training sessions by appointment. Precise, slow-motion strength protocol (SuperSlow) — clinical and quiet, not a gym floor. Clients are mostly 54–80+. No group classes, no sales quotas. We provide full training in our method.
Requirements: CPT (ACE/NASM/ACSM), exercise science background, PT/PTA experience, or 2+ years personal training experience. Patience and clear communication matter more here than athletic résumés. This is an independent contractor (1099) role; very competitive compensation that scales even higher with experience.
Not a fit if you're looking for: group fitness energy, bodybuilding clientele, or a stepping-stone to open your own studio next year. A great fit if you want stable, meaningful work with established consistent clientele.
