Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across a variety of settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and safety practices

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact where applicable)
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop customized care plans
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
