Description Treatment Nurse- Registered Nurse Rate: $40- $45/hour (depending on experience) Shift: Full-Time Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to its nursing team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care, perform clinical assessments, administer medications and treatments, and help ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of residents. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the completion of treatments for residents and support nursing Provide nursing care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and facility policies Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition, communicating concerns to providers, supervisors, and families as appropriate Administer medications, treatments, IV therapies, and enteral feedings within the RN scope of practice Accurately document assessments, care provided, treatments, and resident responses Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care and timely completion of assigned tasks Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members Ensure resident care plans and clinical documentation remain current and accurate Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff education activities Perform additional duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License required Current CPR Certification required Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population preferred Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities Ability to supervise nursing assistants and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care BENEFITS Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-Time Weekly or Same-Day Pay Options Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Employee Referral Bonus Program Retirement Saving Options Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
