Acentra Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Assessor to work from home and travel to various locations in North Carolina. As a Clinical Assessor, you will evaluate NC Medicaid beneficiaries for personal care and community alternatives programs. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse license and at least two years of nursing experience. This hybrid position requires travel within a 60-mile radius.
