Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Advance your career in speech-language pathology by supporting students for the 2026/27 academic year in a dynamic school setting near Newark, DE. This full-time contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, with the chance to work on a diverse caseload that includes one high school group and two preschool groups. The role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals and eager to collaborate within a dedicated educational team.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged children, including preschool and high school populations
  • Proficiency or interest in teletherapy delivery models
  • Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for high school and preschool students
  • Deliver direct therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for comprehensive student care
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance on communication strategies to school staff and families
