Previous sterilization experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What Youll Do

As a Sterilization Technician, youll play an essential role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care by:

• Cleaning, inspecting, and organizing instruments and cassettes
• Processing instruments through ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, packaging, and steam sterilization
• Operating and maintaining sterilization equipment
• Completing required sterilization and maintenance documentation
• Restocking operatories and clinical supplies
• Washing and maintaining clinical and doctor scrub laundry
• Following OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines
• Assisting with additional responsibilities to support the clinical team

Schedule

• Full-time position (3240 hours per week)
• Monday through Friday
• Must be available during office hours
• No weekends
