Scrutinize applicant data to determine residency, classification, entry status, eligibility, transferability of credit, English proficiency, and the need for additional documentationEnter prospective student data into the Student Information System and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as well as maintain and run reports on applicantsMaintain current knowledge of Banner (Student Information System), Recruit (CRM), BDM (scanning system), Argos, and other systems used by the UniversityProcess incoming and outgoing mail for the Admissions Department. Code, scan, and index those documents into the BDM.
