What You'll Do:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workstation.

salary: $37,440 - $39,520 per year

Responsibilities

The Food Production Line Worker is responsible for preparing, assembling, packaging, and inspecting food products on a fast-paced production line. This role ensures all items meet strict quality standards, safety guidelines, and production targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Production & Assembly

• Operate, monitor, and clean food processing machinery and assembly line equipment.
• Sort, weigh, measure, and load raw ingredients or food materials into machinery.
• Assemble, package, box, and label finished food products according to client and company specifications.
• Manually move materials, packages, and supplies across the production floor to keep the assembly line moving efficiently.

2. Quality Control & Inspection

• Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing food products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
• Remove defective products, packaging, or foreign objects from the line immediately.
• Perform regular temperature, weight, and visual checks on products, logging data as required.

3. Sanitation & Food Safety

• Maintain strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) , and FDA/USDA regulations.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including hairnets, beard guards, safety glasses, gloves, and non-slip boots.
• Sanitize workstations, tools, machinery, and production areas before, during, and after shifts.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
