What You'll Do as an Assistant Store Manager As an Assistant Store Manager at Mint, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers while keeping our store running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making. Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service. Assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining the store’s unique aesthetic. Building relationships with customers to help them find their perfect, one-of-a-kind look. Ensuring the store meets sales goals while fostering a fun and stylish environment. Create employee schedules and create task workload for Sales Stylists Monitor store supply levels and advise owner on what is needed Change mannequins if needed What We're Looking For To shine in this role, you’ll need: At least 2 years of experience as a manager or assistant manager in retail, customer service, or a related field A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends. Strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, approachable personality that makes customers feel at home.
