A private family office seeks a Chief Estate Officer to oversee the residences, commercial properties and personal services for a UHNW principal and family. This is a hands-on, concierge-level role for someone who enjoys managing the details and driving every task to completion.

The role is based in New York City and requires travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the care and operation of multiple residences and commercial properties across several U.S. locations, including housekeeping, maintenance and upkeep.
• Manage renovation and construction projects closely: set and maintain timelines, conduct regular site visits, clear punch lists and manage vendors.
• Deliver concierge-level personal services for the principal and family, including travel, executive scheduling, household logistics and culinary services.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the principal and staff, ensuring clear communication and prompt, high-quality follow-through on every request.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in estate management, family office operations, private household or luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience managing multiple properties and overseeing construction and renovation projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across locations and vendors.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in execution.
• Polished written and verbal communication, and comfort preparing regular written reports.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop household, facilities and executive staff.
• Absolute discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
