Como nuestro Instructor de Conducción, serás responsable de preparar a los estudiantes para que salgan a la carretera con seguridad, incluyendo la enseñanza de normas y normativas en aula, el manejo y mantenimiento adecuados del vehículo, y todas las normas básicas de seguridad. También ayudarás a los estudiantes a sentirse cómodos al volante y a aplicar sus conocimientos de forma práctica. El candidato ideal se siente cómodo enseñando a los estudiantes, tiene un amplio conocimiento de la seguridad y las normas al volante, y posee excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Responsabilidades Ponte al volante con los estudiantes y ayúdales a aplicar sus conocimientos de forma segura y eficiente Comunícate eficazmente con estudiantes y tutores, y ofrece recomendaciones adicionales sobre prácticas de conducción futuras Cualificaciones No hay arrestos penales ni condenas por delitos graves registradas: debe pasar la verificación de antecedentes BCI/FBI de Ohio Se requiere permiso de conducir válido y historial de conducción limpio: no puede haber más de 2 infracciones de tráfico en los últimos 2 años.
