Position Summary The Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary communication link between our clients and the company. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, timely, and exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, problem resolution, and coordination with our Operations, Sales, and Client Experience teams. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
