Evening Treatment Supervisor

Treatment Supervisor Location: Woodridge, IL, US. Regular Full Time Management. Shift: 3pm - 11pm. Salary: $62,000 Annually. Responsibilities: Supervise counselor staff and oversee daily clinical activities. Organize and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and safety. Develop and implement systems to monitor work activities. Maintain and/or enhance programmatic goals in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, or Executive Director. Provide direct services during staff shortages. Structure, implement, and facilitate on‑job orientation and ongoing staff training. Monitor counselor chart maintenance for compliance with quality assurance standards. Facilitate didactic and therapeutic groups and document attendance. Oversee case management, referral and other services provided by counselors. Provide direct clinical treatment to assigned patients, ensuring quality standards and documentation. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology (preferred). Three years of experience working with substance abuse clients. Supervisory experience and at least two years of social service management (preferred). Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in decision‑making. Must be at least 21 years of age. Proficiency with computers and requisite software. Required certifications: CADC, LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW. Required Certifications or Licenses: IAODAPCA, CADC, IC&RC Counselor, CRADC, CSADC, CAADC, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC. Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Flexible Spending Accounts.
