What are you waiting for? APPLY TODAY! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide an exceptional customer service experience. Check members into the system. Take prospective members on tours and assist with the new account sign-up process. Update member accounts as needed. Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary. Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility. Qualifications/Requirements Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers. Positive mental attitude is essential. Customer service background preferred. Punctuality and reliability are required. Diplomacy and appropriate behavior in all interactions. High School diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years or older. Physical Demands Standing and walking continuously during shifts. Talking in person and on the phone regularly. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Handling commercial cleaning products occasionally. Our team and members are our top priority.
