Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Syracuse, NY 13210
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

• Local Candidates: $1,500 – $1,800 per week
• Travel Candidates: $2,000 – $2,300 per week

• Evaluate, plan, and implement patient treatment programs in accordance with established procedures
• Formulate specific treatment goals in collaboration with healthcare team members and patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including treatment notes and discharge summaries
• Participate in clinics, rounds, and conferences, providing patient updates as needed
• Contribute to educational programs for staff, students, volunteers, and other healthcare professionals
• Assist in training new staff and serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students
• Support development of new programs and clinical initiatives

• Active New York State Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required
