Customer Service Representative Duties: Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits, communicate promotions, pitch sales opportunities, and cross-selling options Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately Provide general inbound customer service and support Customer Service Representative Requirements: Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling Previous customer service experience in a trades environment Service Titan experience Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A team-first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude Who We Are ACE Home Services is locally operated with the feel of a small business and the stability of a large one.
