SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. MUST BE IN OH, VA,KY FOR REMOTE Within 50 miles of location on-site/Hybrid


Responsibilities:

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required).
• Previous pharmacy experience.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday and every other weekend
• 10:00pm-6:30am
