The required work schedule for this position is: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 PM. The Compliance Department at HealthRIGHT 360 supports the organization’s mission by promoting a culture of ethics, accountability, and regulatory integrity across all programs. The team ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as contractual and accreditation standards, through ongoing monitoring, training, internal audits, policy guidance, and incident oversight. By partnering with staff and leadership, the department helps safeguard client rights, minimize risk, and ensure that services are delivered in accordance with the highest standards of quality and transparency. The Project Manager, Compliance coordinates compliance projects, audits, corrective actions, policy implementations, and process improvements. This role manages project tracking, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, monitors progress and risks, and supports consistent compliance practices through effective workflows, reporting, and documentation. Occasional travel to agency locations, program sites, or external meetings may be required to support audits, compliance reviews, project implementation, and organizational initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compliance Project Management and Compliatric Lead project management for audits, corrective actions, policy and form implementation, training rollouts, and other compliance initiatives. Create and maintain Compliatric project/work plans with clear owners, deliverables, milestones, deadlines, supporting documentation, status updates, and closure notes. Facilitate check-in, follow up on commitments, identify risks, delays, dependencies, and unresolved issues, and elevate barriers to the MDCA when intervention or a decision is needed. Review Compliatric entries for completeness, timeliness, clarity, and alignment with SOPs and approved templates; provide routine status, overdue-item, and risk reports. Maintain practical job aids, checklists, workflow guidance, and reporting tools that support consistent use of Compliatric. Support the development, maintenance, and consistent use of Compliance Department SOPs, templates, workflows, and project-management tools. Identify gaps and recommend practical workflow improvements that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and accountability. Audit and Corrective Action Support Support the MDCA and compliance leadership in audit related workflows before, and during, and after internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, site visits, and accreditation activities. Ensure audit-related tasks, document requests, corrective actions, and follow-up items tracking in Compliatric. Confirm that responsible parties have been identified for solutions ... Policy, Form, and Training Rollout Coordination Coordinate project plan for implementation activity for new or revised policies, procedures, forms, compliance tools, and related training, including stakeholder review, communications, training, document control, and follow-up monitoring. Ensure plans identify affected departments, required actions, owners, deadlines, and completion measures. Track adoption and completion, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and escalates barriers or delays as appropriate. Cross-Departmental Project Facilitation Serve as the Compliance Department's liaison to the agency's Project Management Committee and represent Compliance in cross-departmental planning. Facilitate projects involving Compliance and departments such as Program Operations, Quality Improvement, Health and Safety, Human Resources, IT/EHR, Billing, Contracts, Finance, and Training. Clarify project scope, roles, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, decision points, and communication expectations; translate compliance requirements into actionable tasks and promote shared accountability. Regulatory and Contract Information Coordination At the direction of the MDCA, incorporate regulatory and contract guidance from the Manager of Contract Compliance into audit tracking, project plans, implementation checklists, and related workflows. Document regulatory or contract requirement guidance used in project plans. Coordinate handoffs between subject-matter experts and operations, and escalated questions, gaps, or conflicting information to the MDCA. Communication, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement Provide routine project status updates to the MDCA and other Compliance leaders as assigned. Prepare concise reports, dashboards, summaries, and tracking tools for multiple compliance projects, audit follow-up, and corrective actions. Communicate expectations, timelines, barriers, and next steps; document commitments, owners, due dates, and outcomes. Identify issues requiring leadership decisions, and recommend improvements to strengthen consistency, stakeholder development, and performance; and support continuous improvement from best practices and adjustments, with the objective read all the per seat.. QUALIFICATIONS Credentials Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, compliance, project management, or a related field preferred. Project Management Professional certification, Certified Associate in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma training, or similar project management/process improvement training preferred. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects, workflows, operations, compliance activities, quality improvement initiatives, healthcare administration or related work. Experience in compliance, healthcare operations, quality improvement, or in a related field. Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated environments preferred.
