Certified Peer Support Specialist

Health Connect America seeks a Certified Peer Support Specialist to provide recovery‑oriented support to individuals and families receiving behavioral health services. In this role, you will draw on your lived experience and certification to offer hope, model recovery, and help clients build coping skills, self‑advocacy, and community connection. Responsibilities include facilitating peer groups, providing one‑on‑one support, assisting with care plans, coordinating with clinicians and community partners, maintaining accurate documentation, and promoting client empowerment in home, office, and community settings.
