What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within OB/GYN units

• Assist in planning and directing nursing staff and non-RN personnel
• Provide patient education and support during OB/GYN procedures and treatments
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with policies
• Adapt to schedule changes and varying shifts to meet patient needs

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or eligible
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in OB/GYN or related specialty
• BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
