Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls

Assist customers over the phone

Customer Service

Scheduling

Document information on the computer for accurate record of customer interactions

Emailing information

*Required Skills:

Must have Execellent Customer Service Call Center experience

Great verbal communication and written skills

Ability to listen and assist customers over the phone

Good phone skills

Must have previous Call Center experience

Proficient Computer Skills

High School Diploma or GED
