Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, enabling the development of personalized treatment strategies.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific challenges and aspirations, actively engaging them in the planning process.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques for effective interventions.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to deliver integrated care that addresses the whole person.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients’ families, fostering understanding and support systems for facilitating a collective recovery journey.

• Document and maintain accurate and confidential records, upholding all relevant regulatory and ethical standards to ensure client trust and privacy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, with proven ability to support clients facing various psychological challenges.
