Manufacturing Controller / ERP Operations Lead Benefits & Compensation Salary range of $100,000–$150,000 , based on experience, with potential for bonus incentives. Manufacturing Controller / ERP Operations Lead Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) , including system configuration and end-user training. Proven background in a manufacturing environment (discrete or make-to-order). Comfort working with a high level of accountability for financial performance and aggressive growth goals. Local availability for onsite presence in the Tullahoma/Manchester area. Manufacturing Controller / ERP Operations Lead Preferred Background & Skills Experience working in a private equity-backed business. Familiarity with standard costing, job costing, and Bill of Materials accuracy. Skills in building dashboards, custom reporting, or BAQs (Business Activity Queries) within ERP systems. Manufacturing Controller / ERP Operations Lead Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead ongoing optimization of Epicor Kinetic modules, focusing on production, inventory, and financial management. Partner with ownership to implement value-creation initiatives, automating workflows and reducing manufacturing variances. Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key KPIs including gross margin, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery. Hands on position with occasional travel to other facilities. Oversee standard costing, job costing, and Bill of Materials for accuracy and profitability.
