What's in it for you?

• Base Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10am - 3pm (25 hours per week)

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support the operations at Tim Wa, a 115-unit manufactured housing community in Kelso, WA . The Office Administrator oversees administrative tasks, coordinates resident relations, manages leasing documentation, and performs clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success
• Draft correspondence and other formal documents
• Maintain accurate records, including resident files, invoices, and reports
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist residents and customers
• Answer inbound calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and local authorities
• Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant lots or homes and maintain high occupancy rates
• Proficiency in property management software (i.e., Manage America, CRM, Blue Moon, Rent Café, Vendor Café, Client Central)
Must have a valid driver's license

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets efficiently
