Workcamper Mobile Field Technician

What You Will Do Southern Cross is looking for hard‑working and self‑motivated people for several positions as Mobile Field Technicians. The position is intended for a person who owns a fifth‑wheel, travel trailer, or motorhome. Camper vans are permitted; however, you must have a separate vehicle for use during the workday. Enter and process required data accurately and in a timely manner. Complete work efficiently and meet all required completion dates. Adhere to all safety and quality policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Follow all company and client safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures. Serve the customer and exceed their expectations, as they are our first priority. Work is performed in residential, rural, commercial, and/or industrial settings. Work Schedule Full Time (8–10 hours daily) with occasional weekends and overtime as needed. What You Will Earn $19.00 per hour plus $300 per week per diem. Mileage reimbursement, per diem, and travel stipend for travel between assignments. Proficiency in using technology; experience as an RV camper preferred but not required. Willing to deploy anywhere nationwide. Must have a personal vehicle for daily work use. Availability to attend training for 4–5 weeks at a TBD location. Has access to a laptop, computer, and internet for virtual training. Adheres to safety requirements and has customer service experience. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk 3+ miles per day. Physical Requirements Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking several miles per day. Carry a minimum of 10 lbs. of equipment.
