Veterinarian salary range – 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑day full‑time opportunities in the Phoenix, AZ area start at $107,500 for 4‑day positions and $130,000 for 5‑day positions, plus bonus opportunities. Part‑time and 3‑day full‑time roles offer prorated compensation based on schedule. Benefits Guaranteed base salary with no negative accrual.
