The position requires a commitment to quality patient care. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical setting. The nurse will work with a patient population of all ages. Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:6. Common diagnoses and treatments will be encountered in this role. The ideal candidate is expected to exhibit professionalism and a strong work ethic. The dress code allows for scrubs in any color, with no casual wear permitted. Participation in random drug screening and completion of a Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form is required. This position has weekend and on-call requirements as needed.
