Join our team at Holiday Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time, days (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM -5:00PM) Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually Responsibilities for Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist: Ensurethe centerhas appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times. Providing education to existing staff and ensuring medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed Running and assisting with employee training and orientation Assisting with admissions when needed, and with the overall flow of the nursing department and units Qualifications of Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN / RN license in Rhode Island. Prior Experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting. Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
