As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in North America. About the Role: Reporting to the US Managing Director, you’ll collaborate with the global leadership team and colleagues across international offices to drive business growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base while embracing our core values: Passion, Energy, Commitment, Integrity, and Fun . What You’ll Do: Work closely with local leadership, the Group MD, and CEO to drive growth through new business activity . Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, building out our technology client base. Establish and manage your own sales pipeline , from prospecting to signing new clients. Attend networking events and foster relationships with prospective clients. Negotiate agreements that align with both technical and business commitments. Collaborate with the Certus global team to design tailored talent solutions that address client needs. Provide market feedback to leadership to refine our market offerings. Deliver on new client acquisition targets and identify growth opportunities. Partner with the US delivery team to ensure your clients receive exceptional service. Leverage our tech stack to enhance business development efforts. What We’re Looking For: A passionate business developer with a desire to grow in the tech sector. Proven experience building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline . Expertise in creating and delivering creative proposals for talent solutions. Strong knowledge of the sales process, with a track record of closing high-value deals . A network of contacts across the US tech landscape is highly desirable. Outstanding presentation, sales, and negotiation skills . A results-driven mindset with strong ownership and a bias for action. Analytical skills to leverage data and make informed decisions.
