Experienced Maintenance Technician

F&F Properties is hiring full-time Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced multifamily environment throughout Greater San Diego County. We are looking for dependable, hands‑on team members who take ownership, work well independently, and know how to provide great resident service while getting the job done right. This is not just a make‑ready position. We are looking for technicians who can handle apartment turns, service requests, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple trades in a fast‑moving environment. Position Details Department: Property Operations / Maintenance Reports to: Maintenance Manager FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt, Full‑Time Hourly Wage: $26-$28 per hour (depending on experience) Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and upkeep of apartment communities throughout the portfolio. Responsibilities include apartment turnovers, service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and general repair work involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliances, and other maintenance-related tasks. This role also supports community appearance and safety standards while delivering professional and timely service to residents. Technicians may participate in emergency maintenance coverage and on‑call rotations as needed.
